Application Process

  • Documentation: Submit accreditation form, NRC/passport copies, signed Declaration of Compliance, and organizational profile (for NGOs).
  • Approval: Receive an Accreditation Certificate and Photo ID upon approval.
  • Training: Attend ECZ-led orientation on ethics, boundaries, and reporting standards.

All accredited stakeholders must maintain impartiality, avoid partisan affiliation, respect ballot secrecy, and refrain from influencing voters. Violations may lead to revocation of accreditation or legal proceedings.
